Echo's study shows that the media world is a tough one for women – "male-dominated, sexist and, even more worryingly given current pension reforms, ageist. Directors of environment, sustainability and communication from Air France (Pierre Caussade), Total (Natalie Doat) and Groupama (Frédérique Granado), shared their relative perspectives on trust and corporate responsibility at the latest Echo Chamber in Paris launching the World in Trust report. From very different industries, all agreed that their internal commitments and strategies were often at odds with their external image, and that closer gap-analysis of alignment across stakeholder groups could be supportive of improved strategies and change going forward.
